Four steps, and the first is the easy one.

Your player watches the breakdown. They answer a question on it — proving they took something in, not just letting it autoplay. Then they go into InStat/TPE, find a shift where the concept showed up in a real game, and clip it. Then they answer a reflection prompt on what they saw.

Watch, answer, find it in your own game, reflect. That last three-quarters is the entire product. Most video programs stop at step one, which is why most video programs change nothing.

Yes, this is built for players in leagues that already run InStat or TPE.

That's the point. You're already being filmed every game. Most players never open that footage, and the ones who do just watch their own goals. Here, every lesson sends your player back into their own film hunting for something specific: where the support was, where the read broke down, what they did in the three seconds before the puck arrived.

If you don't have InStat or TPE you can still join. A parent can record your shifts and you upload those. Just the shifts, because a full 60-minute game is too long to upload into a lesson.
